MC Domandi2024-06-05Ray took pictures of the gutters, which had debris and birds' nests. He gave me an assessment, cleaned the gutters, and fixed a downspout. He's intelligent and friendly, and seems to take pride in his work. I'm planning to work with them regularly from now on.

Day of the install they showed up when they said they would and were very tidy. Price was very reasonable and less than expected. Jason Wilmot2024-04-05I had the South Coast Gutter Monkeys clean the 2nd story gutter on the back of my house. The price was reasonable and the work was done promptly. While they were here I had them give me an estimate on gutters for my garage. I ended up having them install the gutters on the garage and they did a fantastic job. I was out of town when they came to do the work but they kept me in the loop with phone calls letting me know when they were coming and when the job was finished. The gutters were installed correctly and look great. They were able to install gutters that matched the color of the trim boards which was great as I didn't need to worry about painting them. I would highly recommend the South Coast Gutter Monkeys.

Alan Frazer2023-10-16Having bought an antique house, knowing we'd need to "do something about the gutters" we made sure to find a special contractor who'd work with us. Every step of the process was first class; on time arrivals each step of the way, patiently walking us around the entire house explaining in detail the areas of concern and alternative solutions. From the outset, it was obvious that Ray Cetner is a subject matter expert, well organized and pleasant to work with. Delivering a timely, detailed, easy to understand quote. He and his crew are efficient and have obviously worked together for some time with everyone knowing exactly what to do. The project came in under budget when Ray discovered, and shared with us, an opportunity to save vs replace two sections of the gutter. He could have simply continued and installed the new gutters and we'd never known the difference. Great product knowledge, well oiled organization, great team. I'd recommend Ray Cetner to anyone. In fact I recommended him to neighbors with a larger antique house and Ray will start there soon.
Judith Eddy2023-09-16I chose Ray Cetner and his crew at South Coast Gutter Monkeys to remove and replace my gutters for many reasons. The first reason was he gave me three prices so that I would know exactly how much I would be paying to remove and replace my old wooden gutters with seamless aluminum gutters. He also told me exactly how much it would be to remove and replace the fascia –all of it or just the parts that really needed to be replaced and the third price to build out the gutter to better accommodate the roof. (None of the other four companies/contractors had noticed this particular feature about my roof which would need to be addressed in order for the gutter system to function properly.) Some of the other quotes that I received were just a single, best-guess price and they either wouldn’t guarantee, or even know, how much the final price would be until they removed the gutters. (Also, there was no rush to decide as there was with another company who told me the price would go up in thirty days.) Ray patiently answered all of my questions and he was prompt about returning phone calls and email messages. Another reason I chose them was the fact that this is a company that is solely devoted to removing and replacing gutters so choosing them just seemed to make the most sense. Ray and his crew are excellent at their craft. They worked under quite difficult conditions the day that they installed my gutters, having to contend with oppressive heat and relentless bees!! The gutters look beautiful and they work so much better than the old gutters. Let me assure you that if you choose South Coast Gutter Monkeys you will receive excellent care and service.
